Mom's Legacy of Reading to Kids

Found a newspaper article written about mom which she stored in her "Mom" engraved wooden box next to the fireplace. One of her passions was reading to kids struggling in school. She could always command the attention of a room full of kids (and adults for that matter) and tried to find ways of elevating everyone's game to reach their potential in their own education journey. Below is a link to the electronic copy posted in 2018 by the Anderson Herald Bulletin. It was very well done and I can see why she held onto this one. I enjoyed reading it.
