Seasonings



No Salt Seasoning  

Ingredients:

  • 5 t. onion powder
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 t. thyme
  • 1/2 t. white pepper
  • 1/2 t. celery seed

Directions:

  1. Mix contents & add where seasoning is used

Tip:  

Scale up ingredients to fill a small shaker with mixture to season future meals.  Great way to compliment a low-sodium diet.
