Chuck Roast for Grilling

 

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 lbs chuck roast (cut into 1 1/2 -2" cubes)
  • Sprinkle with meat tenderizer
  • Let stand for 30 min
  • 2T. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 t. garlic salt
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 2T. water
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1 t. ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over cubes of meat
  2. Marinate meat in this mixture for 24 hrs, stir occasionally
  3. Cook on grill for 10-30 min.
  4. Cook about 12 min on each side

Did you know?

Mom & Dad used to grill this during Summer Sunday Barbeques at our house when church friends or family would come over for lunch and long before the days when special marinades were found pre-made in stores.
