Big Day (Aug 10): After I discovered a leak in the 2nd Floor HVAC unit, just decided to replace it. Water heater was 31 years old, so I decided to replace that too. Battery backup on two new sump pumps will ensure no flooding if power goes out. The house didn't have a water softener so I needed to add that. At least my house will be the most efficient running one in the whole area. This and a new washer and dryer all in one day.
