Sandhill Crane (Jasper-Pulaski, Oct. 13)

Below are a few of my favorite straight out of the camera, unedited JPG photos from today's trip to the Sandhill Crane Observation Tower near the Jasper-Pulaski Fish & Wildlife reserve.  Captured all of these with the Panasonic Lumix Z80 and needed to zoom to 1200-2400 mm on most.  Shutter speed was between 1/200 to 1/1000 but majority were taken at 1/250.
